I am writing in regards to the excellent service that was provided by Garnet in helping us resolve issues with licensing and paperwork filed with the Florida Board of Pharmacy . Garnet worked with the board of pharmacy in helping expedite receipt of the proper paperwork in a timely manner . We sent in requested documentation several times but we were making no headway in resolving licensing situations for two different pharmacies . Garnet acted as a liaison and actually hand carried the paperwork to the person it needed to go to .This allowed a much more expedient resolution to our licensing needs . I do not know if we would have been able to resolve the issues without her help .
